I recently went ‘Live’ on social media to talk about the importance, and the power, of gratitude, positivity and self-love, and thought I’d share the video here. I feel it’s so important to acknowledge these areas in life and really try to actively practice them. They have the power to reduce feelings of despair and negativity, to help you attract more good things in life, to help you feel worthy of receiving these things and, in turn, keep hold of them.
